IdeatePlus, the brainchild of Kevin D'Silva—also the founder of Nestlé's employee-driven innovation program InGenius—sought to revolutionize how enterprises foster innovation from within. Kevin aimed to develop a web-based SaaS application that would enable every employee to contribute meaningfully to their company's innovation journey.
The challenge was to create a platform that not only allowed organizations to better understand their customers but also facilitated the crowdsourcing of new ideas, efficient testing, and agile implementation of the best concepts.
Developing such a comprehensive solution required overcoming significant technical and organizational hurdles to ensure seamless collaboration, user engagement, and the nurturing of an innovative culture across all levels of an enterprise.

Our Solution
CodeFire fully embraced Kevin D'Silva's vision for IdeatePlus and collaborated closely with him to bring this innovative SaaS platform to fruition.
